Senior Drilling Engineer – Integrity
Responsible for the assurance of well integrity for Aker BP assets in line with Aker BP corporate policy and guidelines and Norwegian regulations
Prepare and update Well Barrier Schematics and MAASP/MOP Decision Sheet
Establish operational acceptance criteria based on well barrier element acceptance criteria
Document exemptions related to well integrity
Maintaining up to date record of integrity status of wells
Participate in HAZOPs, HAZIDs and lead Risk Assessments related to well integrity.
Liaise with installation integrity testing activities
Lead or support investigations into any well integrity anomalies
Liaison as required with the various regulatory bodies, including RNNP Reporting
Working with subsurface, drilling, completion, operations, surface site teams and service providers to ensure efficient integrity management
Perform well integrity reviews in cooperation with Subsurface and Operations.
Maintain up to date well integrity KPIs
Lead or support in developing diagnostics for well integrity issues
Capture, share and incorporate all lessons concerning well integrity into manuals and policies.
Provide technical and operational support for specific well integrity issues when required
Mentor well intervention/integrity team members as required
Self-starter, good communicator, open and transparent.
Pro-active and ability to organize and prioritize work.
Team player with ability to interface with a wide range of teams / disciplines
10 years of relevant experience from the well and integrity business. Deep understanding of the well integrity industry challenges and standards.
Master degree in petroleum technology or other relevant subject.
