Reservoir characterization of both siliciclastic and carbonate reservoirs within field development and production
Working integrated with asset teams providing conceptual reservoir understanding and ensuring conceptual understanding is integrated into reservoir modelling and well planning
Coaching and mentoring of junior staff
Behavior in accordance with Aker BP values; Søkende, Ansvarlig, Forutsigbar, Engasjert, Respektfull
Broad background in reservoir characterization, both siliciclastic sedimentology and carbonate sedimentology including diagenesis
Experience with reservoir modelling will be beneficial
Experience with well planning and geosteering will be beneficial
Minimum M.Sc. plus 10 years of geological experience
Ability to integrate efficiently across disciplines and communicate geological uncertainties (risks and opportunities)
