Subsurface Lead/Reservoir Development Manager
Lead activities for a subsurface team
Contribute to no incidents within Exploration, Projects, Operations and Drilling and Wells
Ensure that all work, tasks and projects within his/her area of responsibility is carried out to achieve the overall objectives for the fields. These include HSE, technical integrity, compliance, production and cost.
Provide drainage strategy, reserve, resource and recovery estimates, advice on reserve movements, and production forecasts as needed to various corporate offices, like Exploration, Drilling, Projects, Operations and Financial business units
Develop full understanding of remaining reservoir opportunities that could be economically justified in an effort to maximize production and value from the field
Ensure QC of deliveries from the team
Organize the development of team members through career planning, training plans and coaching
Help in transferring into a lean organization and help identify improvement potential to increase quality and flow efficiency
Help identify skills gaps in the Reservoir development organization and develop learning plans for own staff
Make sure that knowledge is shared across the various groups. Help standardize workflows between the various asset groups whenever possible/relevant

Sound understanding of all subsurface disciplines
Ability to integrate effectively across disciplines and communicate risks and opportunities
Minimum M.Sc. plus 10 years work experience, across various assets
Significant experience on operated assets on the NCS
