Principal Engineering Consultants
We are looking for candidates to fill the role as Principal Engineering Consultants within Risk, Reliability and Maintenance services in Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim.
The Principal Consultant must be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills and track record in the field of Risk, Reliability and Maintenance, combined with communication skills of the highest standard and a commercial mindset that can translate technical services into customer value.
The successful candidate should be comfortable with consulting and nurturing clients at a Senior and Expert level as well as coaching and mentoring co-workers within his/her field of expertise. It is further expected that the candidate is, or can take, a lead role in industry forums and be, or become, an expert within the field of Risk Reliability and Maintenance. In terms of competence and organizational ability to deliver best in class service, it is expected that the candidate takes a lead role in the internal development of the skillsets required.
The Principal Consultant will work both in client facing projects as well as spend a significant portion of the role on activities such as product development and service enhancement. The candidate should desire and have experience in working with multi-functional teams with a wide breadth of skills and background. Being innovate and visionary in terms of our future service delivery is key.
Delivering excellence in service from a technical viewpoint and raising the standard in general will be a key focus area for the role. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong analytical capabilities and a track record to demonstrate it. Being able to understand how these skillsets and the outcomes of the service can be embedded in technology and new digital solution is an integral part of the role.
